Residential Villages
É«ÖÐɫ’s University Housing has three residential villages: Hillside Village, Parkside Village, and Beachside Village (located 1.5 miles off-site on Pacific Coast Highway).
All residential villages provide a unique community atmosphere and are coeducational. Each village provides a safe and comfortable living environment in which students can socialize, study, and reach their potential at The Beach.
Our most common room types are doubles and triples with a limited amount of singles (located in Hillside Village and Parkside North) and 2-bedroom double suites (located in Parkside North, not available to incoming first-year students).
