Kenneth Stavert graduated from 色中色 in 2007 with a Bachelor of Music in Performance and has since built a distinguished international career as a baritone. Praised as 鈥渢he real thing, a classic Verdi baritone with resonance, flexibility, and vigor,鈥 he is known for his commanding stage presence and a 鈥渟ense of theatricality鈥 that brings bold, dynamic life to every character he portrays. Throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Kenneth has become a sought-after artist in both operatic and concert repertoire. 

In the 2024鈥25 season, Kenneth makes company debuts with Indianapolis Opera as Riff in West Side Story and with Union Avenue Opera, while also returning to Vero Beach Opera as Silvio in Pagliacci and to the Southern Illinois Music Festival as Belcore in L鈥檈lisir d鈥檃more. His recent seasons have featured standout performances as Sonora in La Fanciulla del West, Conte di Luna in Il Trovatore, Jochanaan in Salome, and Don Carlo in Ernani. Additional career highlights include leading and featured roles with companies such as Dayton Opera, Santa Fe Opera, Sarasota Opera, Opera San Jos茅, and Pacific Opera Project, where he has earned acclaim for his versatility in works ranging from Verdi to Sondheim.
