First TEDx Held On Campus

TEDxÉ«ÖÐÉ« came to campus on Saturday, April 9 after nearly a year of planning. The student-led event brought together 15 speakers, dozens of volunteers, and a crowd that filled the USU ballrooms to the brim. 

TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxÉ«ÖÐÉ«, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxÉ«ÖÐÉ« event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including TEDxÉ«ÖÐÉ«, are self-organized.
