É«ÖÐÉ«

Dr. David Nguyen is a residency-trained, orthopedic and sports physical therapist at É«ÖÐÉ«. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and later his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at The Beach. During this time, he was awarded the Orthopedic Biomechanics Scholarship and served as a class representative.

David is a graduate of the É«ÖÐÉ« orthopedic residency program - advanced, post-professional training completed by less than 5% of physical therapists in the U.S. During this time, he was mentored by expert clinicians and refined his skill in evidence-based care for athletes and individuals with complex orthopedic concerns. He now practices at PT@TheBeach and contributes to the university’s physical therapy program as a teaching assistant in the orthopedic curriculum. 

David enjoys working with every client, student, and athlete here at Long Beach and truly believes excellent physical therapy is a holistic, individualized, and collaborative approach. 

Outside of physical therapy, David lives an active lifestyle with weight training, running, hiking, and playing sports. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family at local food and drink spots.
