Niloofar Yaghmai
Niloofar Yaghmai is a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience serving children and young adults ages 0–25 in the greater Los Angeles area. She has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams across a range of outpatient clinical settings. Niloofar currently works part time at Cortica, an outpatient pediatric clinic primarily serving children with autism spectrum disorder and serves as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Long Beach. She holds a Master of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University.
Niloofar is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals through integrative, individualized care. Her clinical work focuses on sensory regulation and integration, and she has experience supporting children with neurological and rare genetic disorders.
Outside of her work as an SLP, Niloofar is an aspiring artist who finds joy in movement, nourishment, and being outdoors. She cherishes solo time as well as time spent with friends, family, and her dog.
