Faculty Yoga at the Japanese Garden

Join other faculty members for yoga!  This class is open to all levels and beginners are welcome. It is a zen class that will melt all your stress away as you allow the beautiful surroundings of the garden to heal and restore you into a natural state of balance and peace and relaxation. The class will include light breath work, easy to do flowing postures, and conclude with a guided meditation leading you into a deep rest (savasana).
