Statistical Consulting Program
É«ÖÐÉ« Graduate Students completing a thesis, dissertation, or culminating project can obtain statistical support from a Graduate Student Statistical Consultant. The consultant is an MS in Applied Statistics student intern working with the Graduate Center and under the guidance of the Applied Statistics Graduate Advisor and Dr. Hojin Moon, Professor of Applied Statistics. The consultant will offer guidance on statistical techniques, interpretation, and software use.
The statistical consulting program helps graduate students understand and apply appropriate data analysis methods to their research projects. Interested graduate students can fill out a via DocuSign to be teamed with a statistical consultant for support.
Note: While consultants offer guidance on statistical techniques, interpretation, and software use, they can neither guarantee the validity of research findings nor assume responsibility for the accuracy of the analysis. The graduate student seeking support remains fully responsible for their own research, methodological choices, and final interpretation of results.
It is strongly recommended that graduate students consult with their dissertation/thesis chair/project director regarding any statistical guidance suggested or made during the consulting process.
