Emerging Leaders Certificate Program
As part of the Lois J. Swanson Leadership Resource Center (LRC), the purpose of the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program is to introduce leadership development topics to É«ÖÐÉ« students through interactive workshops and experiences. The Emerging Leaders Certificate Program is open to all enrolled É«ÖÐÉ« students.

We will post updates about upcoming leadership training opportunities for our leadership programs on Canvas.
To complete or graduate from the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program, students must complete the following items:
- Complete the online application and orientation process
- Attend The Leadership @ The Beach Conference, which is hosted every Fall semester. Or the Emerging Leaders Summit, which is hosted both Fall and Spring semesters.
- Note that the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program requirements do not overlap with the Leadership Academy requirements
