Master's Program: Kinesiology, option in Exercise Science
Hometown: Castro Valley, Calif.
Research Interests: Influence of physiology and exercise in Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, geriatric and cancer populations. Currently, my thesis focuses on the application of bright light therapy and bouts of aerobic exercise in older adults (55+), specifically investigating the effects on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor.
Personal Interests: Learning/trying new things, running, dance, hiking, and cooking
