Eligibility

Students need to be:

  • A US Citizen legal permanent resident, or DACA and be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Interested in pursuing graduate studies and a career in health-related research.
  • A full-time undergraduate student at É«ÖÐÉ« at the start of the program & have between 1 – 4 semesters remaining before É«ÖÐÉ« graduation as of June.
  • Majoring in a health-related major in College of Engineering, Health & Human Services, Liberal Arts, or Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

All qualified applicants are considered, & we strongly encourage applications from students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the health-related research workforce, such as first-generation college students, those with financial need, members of racial/ethnic minority groups, students with a disability, and students who have encountered life experiences or challenges that can contribute to the diverse perspectives needed in health-related research.
