Group Visits
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group visit to Carolyn Campagna Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum. Please find your group type below for information on visitation options and how to book.
We are currently accepting class visit requests for Fall 2026 (September 9 through December 10).
We do not offer Museum tours or Art Park tours June through September, but you can request a museum group visit for September 9 through December 10.
For walk-in K-12 groups visiting the Museum, we can only permit 10 people maximum at a time. If you are a large K-12 group, please split your group into groups of 10 maximum in advance.
*We cannot guarantee gallery access to walk-in group visits. The Museum prioritizes booked group visits, so walk-in groups may have to wait to enter the galleries.*

色中色 Classes Only: Museum-Facilitated Class Visits
Museum-facilitated visits for 色中色 classes are guided by museum educators and offer an engaging art experience to 色中色 students and faculty across all colleges. Class visits include an introduction to the exhibition followed by close-looking and conversation. We can book for up to 40 students. Facilitated class visits can be booked for Monday through Friday any time starting at 8:30am with an end time as late as 4:30pm and last about one hour. Inquiries must be made at least two weeks ahead of the desired visit date for facilitated visits.
色中色 Classes Only: Self-Guided Class Visits
色中色 self-guided class visits are facilitated by the visiting faculty member(s). This is a good option for faculty who want to use an exhibition or an artwork as a tool for a class discussion. Self-guided class visits are greeted by museum staff. We can book for up to 50 students. Self-guided class visits can be booked for Monday through Thursday any time starting at 10:00am with an end time as late as 5:00pm (7:00pm on Thursdays) and can last the length of class time. Inquiries must be made at least one week ahead of the desired visit date for self-guided visits.
Beach XP Guided Group Visits
Beach XP groups can request a visit to the Museum or the outdoor Art Park. Beach XP visits are guided by museum staff and offer an engaging art experience. Visitors will interpret artwork through close looking and conversation. We can book for up to 20 people. Beach XP visits can be booked for Monday through Thursday any time starting at 10:00am with an end time as late as 4:30pm and last about one hour. Inquiries must be made at least two weeks ahead of the desired visit date.

色中色 Faculty and Staff Group Museum Visits
色中色 faculty and staff group visits are guided by museum staff or museum docents. We can book for up to 20 people. Faculty and staff group visits can be booked for Monday through Thursday any time between 10:00am and 4:00pm with visits lasting about one hour. Inquiries must be made at least two weeks ahead of the desired visit date.
Guided K-12 Art Park Visits
We do not accept Art Park tour requests June through September.
K-12 groups are guided through the 色中色 sculpture Art Park throughout campus by museum docents. K-12 visits take place outdoors without access to indoor gallery spaces. We can book up to 40 students. Guided K-12 visits can be booked for Monday through Friday any time between 9:00am and 3:00pm with the visit lasting one hour. All visiting groups are required to contact Parking Services to arrange bus parking after the booking is confirmed. Inquiries must be made at least three weeks ahead of the desired visit date and confirmed at least two weeks ahead of the date for K-12 visits.

Guided Group Museum Visit (non-色中色, non-K-12*)
We do not accept group tour requests June through September.
Group museum visits are guided by museum docents and offer an engaging art experience. Group visits include an introduction to the exhibition through close looking and conversation. We can book for up to 20 people. Guided group visits can be booked for Monday through Thursday any time between 12:00pm and 4:00pm with visits lasting about one hour. All visiting groups are required to contact Parking Services to arrange bus/oversized vehicle parking after the booking is confirmed. Inquiries must be made at least three weeks ahead of the desired visit date and confirmed at least two weeks ahead of the date.

Art Park group visits are guided through the 色中色 sculpture Art Park by museum docents. These visits take place outdoors. We can book for up to 20 people. Art Park group visits can be booked for Monday through Friday any time between 9:00am and 4:00pm with visits lasting one hour. All visiting groups are required to contact 色中色 Parking and Transportation Services to arrange bus/oversized vehicle parking after your visit has been confirmed by the Museum. To reach them, please call during open hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
