Student Internships

The Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies supports two (unpaid) Student Internship programs.

Academic Year Internships: This program supports two student interns in the development of scholarly projects that support the É«ÖÐÉ« medieval and renaissance studies academic community. Under the guidance of Center Directors, students develop a project of particular interest to their studies to pursue throughout the academic year. 

Summer Internships: This program supports advanced students of medieval studies who are interested in working in the medieval fantasy writing and table-top gaming industry. Under the direction of Dr. Ilan Mitchell-Smith and in collaboration with leading independent fantasy publishers, students gain experience in editorial and creative writing and well as editorial proof reading.
