Team UWC recently attended the “PK-3 Submitting a Successful Application Event” at Cal State Long Beach to welcome the newly admitted students in the College of Education’s PK-3 Early Childhood Education Specialist Instruction Credential Program.

The event, held on Saturday, February 28, featured several guest speakers, including our own team – who presented “Crafting a Personal Statement” during two mini-workshop sessions.  

The crash course lesson proved to be an insightful tool for attendees hoping to start their program journey with a strong personal statement. As a key writing resource on campus, our team is delighted to work with students early in the semester to kick-start their college success.
