This summer, Interim Department Chair of Teacher Education, Dr. HuongTran Nguyen, traveled as part of a six-person É«ÖÐÉ« delegation to China. The American Educators’ Delegation was sponsored by É«ÖÐɫ’s Confucius Institute and led by its Director, Heidi Zhang. Through this trip, the delegates were able to learn about Chinese culture, language, and educational system, as well as foster partnerships between Chinese schools/universities and the U.S.
