Dual Enrollment Program Intern
- Assist students with completing dual enrollment applications
- Help students register for classes and troubleshoot registration issues
- Support prerequisite clearance and documentation collection
- Answer phone calls and respond to student, parent, and counselor emails
- Provide front-line customer service to students and families visiting the office
- Assist with creating flyers, instructional guides, and promotional materials
- Help create short videos to promote the program
- Clean and organize student enrollment data and spreadsheets
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of student applications and registrations
- Support the team with filing, data entry, and general office tasks
- Help prepare materials for Program Verification and student list collection each semester
- Support special projects such as the Canvas student resource hub and cross-departmental coordination (Bookstore, Foundation, Invoice Specialist)
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and responding to emails professionally
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Interest or experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Passion for supporting students and education access
- Position begins as an unpaid internship for a probationary period until onboarding and board approval as paid employee is completed (approx. 30 days)
- Upon successful completion of probation, intern transitions to a paid position, working up to 10 hours per week
- Schedule to be arranged around the intern's class schedule
