Dr. Lesley Farmer Co-authors "Library Improvement Through Data Analytics"

Dr. Lesley Farmer, professor and coordinator of the Teacher Librarian Services Credential and , professor in the , recently had their book “Library Improvement Through Data Analytics,” published by the American Library Association. This work introduces the basics of the Six Sigma framework as a model that can be applied to a variety of library settings. The book provides a statistics primer and several case studies that explain data analytics to improve library functions.
